@CruiseNorwegian Every glass we order, an ask to ensure we know it is an up charge. Duckhorn Merlot, almost $10 a glass upgrade, and wildly different pours throughout the ship. No Starbucks, no bottled water. Same wine in every bar. No 40% off a bottle purchase. Might be our last Norwegian cruise

@CruiseNorwegian Since you're listening.. Just got off Encore. We sailed in December on Prima, had Premium Plus, this was our first cruise since "more", less at sea.
Wine in particular is a real disappointment. Glasses up to $15 included. That said, there are only cheap $10 house wines.
