@JordonWillard Ministry training is still paramount even in small churches. While you can learn/educate yourself, Bible college will help teach the essentials of ministry much more rapidly. But a bivocational pastor with a “lucrative skill” may be the best way to pastor small churches.

@lutherkent @erichoke Unfortunately you will have to do extensive research and prepare the curriculum for most courses. So 45 hours of teaching correlates into at least 150 hours for the first time teaching the course + grading. Still above minimum wage — so legal but ethical?
