@CosmicRicky@ExtraCreditz All of the above probably. Would start from easiest to hardest.
Nothing beats actual feedback from players playing your game though. So while that's harder to get, it's also the most valuable
@WhiteLionBear Yeah AI is really good at taking in a bunch of data, and making something quantifiable from generic terms like "SIMILAR".
We're still experimenting with how much AI is involved and where, but its been pretty great at most things we've thrown at it.
Been working on a new tool to auto-magically find publishers for your #indiegame with a friend of mine. Would love some feedback from the #gamedev community if anyone is up for it!

Working on PixelPop Publishers with @mattthousand, a really cool #gamedev AI tool that auto-magically finds relevant Steam publishers for your #indiegame.
If you've got a Steam game page live, try it out for free! Would love some feedback.

@chriswulf_ Hey, jFYI we removed the paywall, and made all the main data free if you want to try it again -> https://t.co/sr3GTYE61L
Appreciate the feedback!
@erdbeerscherge @misslyss47@SPIEL_Messe Ahh I would love to do something like that dude. But being completely transparent, the game cost us more to make and ship than we actually raised. So being in the hole plus the fact that you need more money to print more copies, made me just sort of move on to other projects.
@erdbeerscherge @misslyss47 Thank you so much for backing it!! Really cool to see it in the wild, and especially cool to see our murderous fluffballs in far away places like Germany. Hope you guys enjoy the game!!!
@retro_rusty@GameDevTV Hey! Great question. So - Only stuff that's publicly available for free is allowed. It's not just that you got it for free, it's that everybody could get it for free if they wanted. Evens the playing field a bit.
