@DropboxSupport The "Deleted Files" list will not load. I am just getting the "chasing circle" loading icon (see picture). I've tried multiple browsers Mac & PC. Any ideas how to get it to load?

@JimShull Good style of rendering (line work with water color wash) is very effective. I really wish folks would stop using 100% 3-d rendered platforms for illustrations; they typically come out too cold.

Especially when it would probably be (corporate) financially more prudent to start over an due a themed Star Wars IP hotel that is more like a plussed-up All-Star Movie Resort. This asset was way over capitalized to save for alt. ops. that did not return sim. cashflow
