@ilveusa_ I am starting to lose hope... we are now 6 months plus 6 days into our warranty issue where two of the 6 burners did not work when we installed the unit. it has been over a month since the last communication. the parts arrived at my house over two months ago. What do we need now?

#AirportFire is being attacked by many aircraft as seen from Flight tracking... there are even more tankers taking the round trip from Hemet airport.

@AmazonHelp we live in Rapid City SD. Many items shop from Casper WY, go to Colorado, then back to Casper before coming here. Seems like it is not efficient. We currently have two different shipments that went to two different Colorado locations before coming back to Casper

@Tripadvisor Figure out the number of times you will use it over the years it is active. Then divide the cost by that number. In my case, my cost per use was less than a dollar, but I would have paid $5 per use and it is sooo worth it.
