A lot of very sage and very clear advice for Wes and Labour on NHS issues. The BMA would also do well to read the article. The last thing that is needed is another review on the NHS. Advice from Lord Darzi certainly. Sort Social Care

@lithohlr First woman consultant urologist in East Midlands. Outstanding endourologist with pcnl in children . Great teacher and mentor to many including fellow consultants. Always wearing a smile and checking all is well with others . Difficult act to follow .

@ClareGerada @NHSPracHealth It is absolutely essential that @NHSPracHealth continue to offer help to secondary care doctors with significant mental health problems. In 2023 over 50% trainees in NFS had moderate levels of stress and 10% had high levels. Over 50# consultants at some stage ditto !
