@MonMotorsGroup Purchased a brand new Skoda Superb from Mon Motors Gloucester. After 6 days it developed multiple electronic faults, I was told there was no fix for the problem. They removed a fuse and asked me to come back in six weeks. I told them I wanted my money back and have heard nothing since! @SKODAUK are looking into this and have said they also are getting no response as all the senior management are on annual leave. Never known customer service this bad! Running up big bills in rental cars 😔
