@ArgosHelpers I tried to make a purchase 3 times, all failed, yet u have taken 3 payments from my card! I also tried to redeem 7000 nectar points. They have also been taken, yet I have no completed order! Sort it out! I wanted to use the points for a gift so can you sort asap!

@ShellEnergyHome I see I am still unable to submit meter readings! It seems my previous history has also disappeared. I have photo evidence of recent readings so text assured will be challenging any attempt to overcharge!
