@express Already spoke to 4 supervisors. Its ridiculous. I aced an order for $181 and I've been charged or they've authorized and held $342? Makes no sense. I was told i have to check on Friday if the hold was lifted. If not i gave to call back. Why do i have to waste my time doing this!

anyone order online from @express lately? If so check your cc statement as they place double charges and authorizations. @express said it was a "glitch" and I'll have to wait to have it fixed! Their fix was for me to call my CC company. Thanks for the inconvenience! #neveragain
