🚨 Tim Walz Pardons a Sex Offender

On June 10, 2026, Minnesota Governor @GovTimWalz and the full Board of Pardons—including Attorney General @keithellison and Chief Justice Natalie Hudson—unanimously pardoned Tou Lue Vang, a Laotian national convicted in 2006 of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl via strongarm sodomy and procuring a child for prostitution.

Vang had already lost legal status after the conviction and faced imminent deportation under a final removal order issued by an immigration judge, with @ICEgov actively pursuing removal to Laos.

@DHSgov Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis condemned the move, calling Governor @GovTimWalz’s decision to pardon “an illegal alien convicted child rapist so he can remain in our country… disgusting” and accusing him and Minnesota sanctuary politicians of shielding dangerous criminal illegal aliens.

This is a disgusting prioritization of criminals over victims that directly undermines justice for the child who was assaulted and puts communities at risk.

Deport him now.
