We saw people this week that I haven't saw since before my fitness journey. It was Motivating and Humbling to hear them tell me how I look good 🙌🏾🙏🏾 even though I'm nowhere near lean at the moment.

Some people like to show off Cars, Jewelry, and Sneakers. I used to too. Now, I like to show off Family, Stability, and Fatherhood. I just brag different.

I noticed when people post that they bought a new luxury car, the reaction is congratulatory. I see someone post a new car and think Damn, I really hope they didn't go into deep debt for that... We are not the same. 🤷🏾‍♂️
