Toronto and Montreal need to create an official lobbying group that supports HSR. Needs to include folks like hotels, tourism, BIA, local businesses, sports teams, banks, environmental orgs, entertainment venues, musicians, etc. should be spearheaded by both municipal governments and include a public lobbying component with locals calling their MPs etc.
Need to be louder than the conservatives and the farmers on this…
