I’m sharing the very sad news that Beccy passed away peacefully this morning. She spent her last few days at @SJHospice who provided the most dignified & compassionate care to Beccy & her whole family. Donations to the hospice can be made in Beccy’s memory. ❤️

@Parkdeanresorts absolutely disgraceful. My wife on life support refusing to give refund or extend booking date. They insist on speaking to my wife. How heartless.

@Parkdeanresorts so my wife is currently on ITU being ventilated following septic shock after her stem cell transplant. Absolutely disgusted by @Parkdeanresorts they won’t issue refund for holiday we had booked nor will they extend rebooking date as need to speak to my wife!!!

@facebook we reported this 8 weeks ago and ur response being “we can’t be sure it’s a hacker? Seriously! Within 3 minutes they’d changed my husbands email address, mobile number and password and you don’t care that somebody is trying to commit fraud

@facebook you really need to get ur act together! It’s been 8 weeks since my husbands account got hacked and you’ve done nothing to stop the perpetrator trying to hack his friends accounts!! What is it going to take before you do something!

@SimonCalder @SimonCalder our flight was cancelled by easyjet at the last minute last Thursday from Edinburgh we managed to get a one way alternative with BA from Gatwick but cost us £1000. We r due to fly back with easyjet this Thursday if they cancel it whos responsible for getting us home?

@DVLAgovuk So I take it if my licence is still showing my old surname it’s not been processed yet? I sent all the documents on the 1st April which you received on the 2nd?
