@GrouponHelpUS I’ve been going back and forth with customer service regarding a gift voucher I got 11months ago that had the incorrect expiry date on it. It lead me to think I had more time to redeem it. CS say they are unable to give me a new voucher or bucks or a refund. Help!

What you'll see is me crying and begging as Vijay Shankar Prasad told me to get out, threatened to blacklist us and then called the NYPD on us. The question should not be 'what made him so angry' it should be 'how can someone in such a position of power have no self control'
