@deepop Have still not responded to this issue. Over 4 days since over £200 was taken from my account- no action from them despite me sending all the necessary proof they needed. Shocking customer service. All generic stock replies from them- no human interaction.

@depop has some of the worst support staff I have ever seen. I feel utterly insulted and disgusted by the way I have been treated by them. 2 wks ago a seller attempted to scam me by claiming they had received the wrong shoes, & Depop went to take the money out of my bank account.
