8 days ago I reported a claim to @GA_InsuranceUK @AvivaUK So far no decision, no courtesy car, no write-off notification. I raised a formal complaint. Still silence. I've now had to hire a car at my own expense to get to my father-in-law's funeral this weekend. So cheers!
