@edwardbrgr I don’t see the point of having ten nominations. Everyone always knows that at least half of them don’t stand a chance. It seems meaningless to me to ”honour” movies with a nomination that’s clearly in name only, like a consolation prize or particiption trophy.

@Lina_Shirou @theemilygwen English is not my first language either. I used to point it out in comments, and try to be nice about it (as well as point out things I liked in the story). I stopped bc most authors responded by calling it hate, or rude, or something similar, so I didn’t see the point.

@JS510A @maira4yo There are lots of other unpleasant things that can happen though. Tearing, significant bleeding, eclampsia, placental abruption… Plus, y’know, the mother is the one who actually gave birth, so it makes sense to mention how she’s doing afterward.

@ericbauner Känns som en strålande strategi. Hitta på konflikter, trapp upp hotet så mycket som det går, sen vika sig som en mjuk pommes frittes. Endast hans egen fantasi sätter gränser för hur många konflikter han kan avstyra på det viset.

@M_R_TUF @kajsadovstad Du är fortfarande patient. Vården är ingen beställingscentral där man kan vara kund och begära än det ena, än det andra. Du kan önska att få göra en röntgen, ta ett visst prov, eller få en medicin utskriven, men det är läkaren som avgör om det finns medicinsk indikation.
