violent revolution (or anything that smells like it) is a terrible idea in Nigeria. it's illegal under the Constitution and the Criminal Code (treason, sedition, unlawful assembly, terrorism-related offences under the Terrorism Prevention Act).
Nothing will humble you like realizing you were LOYAL to somebody who was only loyal to the benefits of having you around.
And you really don’t see it until you stop doing everything you normally do. Stop always showing up, fixing things, making life easier, being the one they can count on…and watch how quickly the relationship changes.
That’ll tell you whether they valued YOU or just everything you did for them.
Someone treating you like you don't matter is all the closure you need. When they can go all day without checking on you, ignore what you said bothered you, and only show up when it benefits them, they already made your place in their life clear. You don't need one more conversation to understand it. The way they handled you was the answer.
