@AmazonHelp That's just taking me back to the same cycle where I can initiate a refund or return, or say the whole package is missing. The package itself is here so that doesn't apply, and I can't return something that I don't have- is there another option I should be clicking?

@AmazonUK I ordered 6 balls of yarn and only 4 have arrived in the box. How would I go about remedying this? All the options I can see on the app lead to replace/return which is expecting me to send back the 2 balls which were never delivered 😵‍💫
