I was due a @parcelforce delivery on Thursday, was at home all day. Received a message saying they couldn’t deliver, no-one home. Arranged a redelivery for Friday to my neighbour, a business that was open all day. Again they were “unable” to deliver…
it turns out another redelivery is impossible. I’ve now been on hold on the helpline for 1 hour 37 minutes and counting.

I had to travel to Mum’s on Friday because she’s just had an operation for breast cancer. I’ll be staying for 3 weeks, over 100 miles from home. Tried to arrange another redelivery, told I had to download an app, I’ll skip the rest of the boring details but..
