The way to starve and omad without family noticing is by using lowcal substitutes for what you eat, chicken and rice? NO PIGGY, you need to eat konjac rice and quorn chicken, dont forget to bulk your shit with low cal veg so it looks like ur eating more.
My gym membership overcharged me, when i refused to pay it they told me they will continue charging me for the membership (THAT I ASKED TO CANCEL) and will only cancel when the payments are made.
