@eladgil The tools are mostly the same. The biggest consideration is the impact on comms/planning. It's harder to do 1:1s remotely. It takes more effort to have inclusive meetings. Fewer overlapping hours for meetings. Documentation and dissemination (alignment) becomes more critical.
