@Hoseasons is it possible to call you? I can’t even even seem to be able to wait on hold I just get cut off- it shouldn’t be this difficult to enquire about spending money with you! Have DM’ed also with no response
@StopCITB Don’t worry they got rid of plenty of their staff last year by spending a fortune on a relocation of their offices, might not need that number of staff but what price do you put on the amount of knowledge that was lost as a result!
@sainsburys Yes it came, but didn’t appreciate the time spent trying to call your contact centre and the store to not able to get through to find out if it was still coming. Appreciate things happen but Sainsburys communication could of been a lot better in the situation!
@sainsburys please can you advise what is going on in relation to people’s home deliveries, a lot of people experiencing problems and can’t get through on the phones
