@omadhanji & while opening, because it takes longer now, you will eventually realise what you're doing atm. & noticing i'm binging rn always disgusts me of myself sm i lose the appetite. just don't allow yourself to use a scissor or anything
@omadhanji what helped me is sealing the snacks really unnecessarily tight. like just have one portion & then tape it close & doublewrap it or anything. anything annoying will do because when you finished your portion & you still want more you have to open that weird package
@omadhanji then thats def a good idea!! my face literally shrank within days of cutting out sugar. i now only do 80/20. no sugar at home but every now & then i can have sugar when i crave it. because i think if you're being too strict with it it might make you binge someday
@omadhanji i know a lot of people tell not to but for me using sugarfree options helped so much. just don't overdo it with fake sugar & substitute with fruits so your body doesn't get used to always have "sugar" with no value, just the taste of it. it can make you somewhat addicted
@omadhanji kinda both. it made my urges worse the first day because i was thinking about it nonstop but once you push through the urges leave you + anything sweet just tastes so much more sweet to you
