@DeeDee762190 I’m having trouble with Apple Podcasts (found out when finishing what I started on Spotify). BBCiPlayer had issues today that spiked at a similar time to the Spotify thing. I noticed. Amazon Web Services (AWS) also had small spike similar time. Unrelated - Also stock market 🙃

3/4 Response after DM'ing @ChaseSupport regarding stock trading issues was a typical canned response. Others have had the same technical issue (i.e. @MikeLikesStocks @bnsburner @PumpcTrader@kayn_iq). This isn’t exactly a sensitive personal account problem. #ChaseApp

@TwitterSupport Quick question! I just DMed a support twitter account for something. I sent my question and immediately got a temp lock for potential suspicious activity and twitter asked me to verify my phone number. After I did so the DM worked fine. What triggers that? Thx!
@virginmedia@DowndetectorUK Upon initially calling your customer support to try and initiate the process of discussing my options regarding leaving your unreliable service, I was confronted with an automated response stating that your company was having connectivity issues and the call just hung up. 3/many
My internet, tv, and mobile phone is with @virginmedia. The outage last night rendered me entirely uncontactable, and I missed an important overseas phone call due to your full company operations collapsing for 3 hours straight. Unacceptable. I would like to discuss cancelling.
@virginmedia This is the current level of reported outages on @DowndetectorUK (as of 17:44 04/04/23 BST). That massive spike on the right is even higher than the initial problem that affected me between 01:30 and 04:00. It's disingenuous to publicly announce the problems resolved. 2/many
