@AmazonUK Please can you help? On 29th March I ordered a volcano kit as a prize for a child I teach (aged 8). On 6th April, I received a game called Dodge the Lava (aged 3+). I have contacted the seller twice with no response. I am unable to arrange a return because you think 1/2

@AmazonHelp suggests I lied! They can’t provide the item I actually need for my job and are offering no more than a 40% refund when the error was all theirs. I have other things to do as a teacher and have spent over two hours of my holidays and planning time chasing this. Please advise 2/2

@AmazonHelp this appears to be a number of problems (wrong item, claiming the item has not arrived, no response to messages) generated by the seller rather than Amazon directly, but I would be grateful for any more help you can give. I do need the item or a refund to repurchase before 3/4
@AmazonHelp provided on their tracking page, it tells me that the item was delivered at 12:55pm on 6.4.23 (this is the day and time the incorrect game arrived). I am therefore being told I have to wait until after 11.4.23 to claim a refund, which is quite a delay. I do appreciate that 2/3
