@lufthansa I haven't received my flight confirmation email after being on the phone with Services Centre over 2 hours ago. Could this be emailed/confirmed to me as soon as possible?
@vinted have you ever seen such terrible customer service? So I can’t print a label at home so that’s it? Not using this service any longer, plenty of other places to sell my clothes.
@dwelluk Unfortunately I’ll be requesting a refund now. To me, customer service is key and not having had ANY communication has made me very disappointed. I think a bimonthly update on my order would have been appreciated even if it just said that it is still delayed.
