Dr. Alireza Golchini, a general surgeon at Dehdasht Hospital, was arrested in November 2022 (Aban 1401) for announcing on his Instagram account that he was treating injured people for free.

In January 2026, he once again announced on his Instagram account that he is treating injured civilians for free. He was arrested and transferred to Tehran.

مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران بر اساس روایتی دریافتی گزارش داد یک معترض مجروح سه روز تمام از ترس «تیر خلاص» نیروهای امنیتی، بی‌حرکت درون کیسه پلاستیکی مخصوص حمل اجساد باقی مانده بود تا این‌که خانواده‌اش او را در کهریزک پیدا کردند.
بر اساس این روایت، خانواده این معترض سه روز در جست‌وجوی فرزندشان بودند و سرانجام به کهریزک رفتند؛ جایی که در میان انبوه اجساد به دنبال او می‌گشتند. برخلاف تصور اولیه، آن‌ها فرزندشان را زنده یافتند؛ در حالی که با جراحات شدید ناشی از اصابت گلوله، درون کیسه حمل جسد قرار داشت و در وضعیت جسمی بحرانی به سر می‌برد.

طبق این گزارش، این معترض زخمی طی سه روز بدون آب و غذا، و در حالی که از ترس کشته شدن نهایی بی‌حرکت مانده بود، زنده ماند. خانواده سرانجام موفق شدند او را از کهریزک خارج کرده و ��رای درمان به بیمارستان منتقل کنند.
مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران تأکید می‌کند این روایت، در کنار نجاتی نادر، تصویری تکان‌دهنده از سرکوب اعتراضات، وضعیت مجروحان و سرگردانی خانواده‌ها میان بیمارستان‌ها، سردخانه‌ها و مراکز امنیتی ارائه می‌دهد؛ روایتی که به‌دلیل قطع اینترنت، هنوز امکان راستی‌آزمایی مستقل آن وجود ندارد
