@murphdogg29 F SAS. He once was a very good NBA beat writer and commentator. He has become an arrogant blowhard, and a first class a-hole.
Yes, Biden slowed down physically, but he was never a lunatic, a seditious criminal, a sociopath, a megalomaniac, etc.
@KevinCooney I'll float a counter-scenario.
What if the Sixers had defeated the Knicks.. Would they have beaten the Cavs? Given the Spurs a tough series? In the end, no real what-ifs when the Knicks won 15 of their final 16 postseason games...only dropping the Trump-fiasco game.
@donth8dakid A lot of good players, including guards in this league. Miles is having an incredible rookie year. We'll see. All three are great, but no other guard in W history has the combination of shooting and passing that CC has. And I go back to true greats like Cynthia Cooper.
@Devan_Kaney It's possible that our receiving corps won't be as good without him, and he might excel in NE. That said, good riddance. I don't think he's a bad guy, but he is a gigantic PITA.
@TennisReporters Can you run this through proofreading?

@TheTNHoller@Rachel__Nichols Clay Travis (and it's immaterial to me what he really thinks and feels) is a MAGA, race-baiting apologist. His reply to Rachel was quite on-brand for him.
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg on countless occasions. She has, quite admirably, tried to tamp down every single slight, cheapshot and controversy while being the ambassador of a league that doesn't seem to want her. Seriously, enough of this.
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg 1/2 In your arrogant mind, you've done all that. Thanks for that long article, when I've watched the play itself many times, to be sure. And I've seen the players' reactions, and the total lack of discipline in this league. Thanks for not seeing how CC has taken the high road
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg John, You are an insufferable fool. I've tried to show restraint, and you just keep pounding the same BS, as if you've given me any good responses to points I've raised. See you.
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg You've never heard of someone taking the high road, as she did with Angel Reese (championship game, etc), C Carter, Swoopes, Cheryl Reeve and Team USA, Taurasi and Geno, and in every other situation? Let's call it a day, please. If in person, this could be an interesting chat.
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg together, there would be a chance to have a civil, productive, interesting discussion. That's not what's happening. You immediately painted me in a way that I'm not: I'm knowledgeable and extremely fair-minded, and I know hoops. Have a good day.
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg 1/2 I've watched the play in question at the time, and many times since. I've seen players accidentally get poked going for rebounds or loose balls, but never being gouged in the opposite direction of the ball being passed. Let's call it a day. Maybe, if we were sitting down
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg that this was an intentional, egregious foul, that wasn't even reviewed...not even a common foul assessed. And I used the word "corrupt" once, and no, I didn't substantiate it. But I think the refs and the non-discipline by Engelbert goes well beyond incompetence.
@JohnProtevi@robinlundberg 1/2 You're bringing nothing to the table, other than insulting me and greatly exaggerating "home cooking". Of course, CC has taken the high road in every controversy -- none of her making -- since her junior year in Iowa. Kudos to her, but anyone who has watched hoops knows...
