@British_Airways I have a booking to fly April 28-May 3 that I booked with Avios points. I am pregnant and don't feel comfortable flying anymore with Covid. How can I cancel and get my avios back and not just a voucher? Thank you!

@British_Airways So, my flight was officially cancelled by British Airways and I purchased my flight with avios points. When I go on the website it only gives me the options for a voucher, but I want my points back please. Can't call anyone because I keep getting disconnected.

@British_Airways I did read that about the voucher, but having a baby, we probably won't be flying anytime soon. We definitely want to get our Avios back so we have more flexibility. How can we go about doing that? Thanks!
