3⃣[Breaking News] Igra Public Node Network Officially Launches, Caravel Testnet Enters Decentralized Operation Phase

The Igra team announced that its Caravel testnet has officially entered the decentralized operation phase, powered by community hardware. The first batch of external nodes are now operational, and RPC endpoints are open to the public for developer testing. This milestone marks Kaspa's BlockDAG technology as capable of supporting live EVM Rollups, laying an important foundation for future ecosystem development.

⚠ Known temporary limitations include:

Support for the Prague Fork of Ethereum only

L1 maximum payload approximately 20 kBytes

Temporary throttling of 10 TPS

Confirmation time approximately 5 seconds

The team stated that reducing these limitations is an immediate priority, and expects to optimize confirmation times and increase throughput within a few weeks.

Over the next few weeks, the team will be working with six external node operators to monitor network performance. Once the network stabilizes, a public node operation guide will be released to further promote decentralization.

1⃣[Breaking News] Kasplex L2 Mainnet Launch Imminent, Final Testing Phase Launches to Ensure a Perfect User Experience

Kasplex L2, the Kaspa ecosystem's smart contract Layer 2 solution, is about to officially launch on mainnet. To ensure a secure and smooth user experience, the development team has decided to conduct a final round of comprehensive testing, although no major technical obstacles or system vulnerabilities have been found so far.

It is reported that Kasplex L2's core functionality has been completed and has passed core testing under the supervision of lead developer @khriskang. At the suggestion of @5bb55b, the team will conduct additional deployment testing

Once all third-party testing is complete, the mainnet will be ready for activation. Developers who have already engaged with the team will be notified directly once the specific timeline is confirmed.

The Kasplex team acknowledges the community's eagerness for the mainnet launch, but remains committed to prioritizing quality, striving to ensure that Kasplex L2 not only launches smoothly but also sets a new benchmark for Kaspa smart contracts and scalability.
