I ordered some items from Hibbett on May 15th, it's now June 17th and I have yet to receive my items. And every-time I call to follow up i'm told i'll get an email in 3-5 business days which never comes! What type of customer service is this?

What's the best homeowners insurance? Liberty Mutual has provided the worst service ever! Years of pouring thousands into a policy that doesn't take care of your family. And furthermore disappointing customer service every time you contact them is beyond me. #Libertymutual
