Does #BPSC have any legal cell or They don't have knowledge of Legal procedures.Can anybody suddenly change the Official recruitment process specified in Notification by so called Important Notice?? I doubt . One case in court will ruin the career of many.

2. Prelims : One shift exam not 2 shift exam.
3. Mains Optional paper marks marking pattern according to upsc pattern.
Note :- Optional scaling and pt percentile two different points not both are same.
