Pathetic customer support. Very negative experience with Rentomojo. Will never recommend anyone further. Staff are worst than Govt employees. Lethargic and very Slow process. How can you run a business with such slow process and negative cx experience

We had been to Shoppers Stop, Forum Mall, Kanakpura Road, Bangalore, and had bought a pair of curtains.
Once hung these by the rods, 2 curtain panels are of 2 different sizes. Cx Care said it will take 48 hours to resolve !! Ridiculous. Check my mail.
