@EisenachJoseph @nuhre_ @BJeans1993 Not long, but it has a lot of detail, variety, and it is first and foremost FUN TO PLAY. You can make your own fun and turn a 20h storyline into an 80h cruise. It has potential for that. Sort of like what GTA used to be. San Andreas is still incredibly fun.

@nuhre_ 20h is okay. 40 is also okay. Better than 100s of padded quests.
And mind you, this is IF this game has some quality storytelling and quests.

So far I have seen lackluster combat and some celebrity cameos. We will see when the game releases.

Is it unacceptable? No. It's fine.

@EisenachJoseph @nuhre_ @BJeans1993 If you know what you're doing you can basically speedrun the main quest in about 10h. If you aren't using USSEP, you can do the restoration exploit and make yourself a 1 hit fork and beat the game even faster.

@DonyzTweets If we were talking XBONE and PS4 eras, they had 60fps modes for their current gen games on the pro versions.

XBox 360 and PS3 were at 30 and back then it was fine.
And IF i had All these consoles I would have no issues.

We have PS5 Pros now. 60 should be achievable

I do play games on the PC though and I can reach 60+ on some games.
As for consoles, considering the graphical fidelity has platoed to a degree, there is no excuse not to be able to hit AT LEAST 60 with current gen hardware.

No one wants to truly innovate so we are stuck with a soul-less 30fps recource whore of a game. And people will defend it to the death for no reason.

Gamers begging for a 60 FPS mode in GTA 6 on current consoles have absolutely no clue how bad a decision that would ultimately be.

Pushing 60 frames today means fundamentally compromising the games foundation itself.

You are demanding that Rockstar permanently cripple the physics, AI density, and world simulation, etc. just to appease players using ancient hardware.

That gutted foundation would hold the game back forever... Rockstar is smarter than that and is building their world to impress even more with the future consoles and eventually high end PCs.

You can have the most advanced, dense, visually stunning open world ever created at 30 FPS today and 60 FPS on future hardware... or a hollow, empty sandbox at 60 now and forever.

Pick one.

@HAmorata @DarkViperAU Even though I do like GTA 4 which started the whole sim thing, I don't think GTA should have ever been a sim.

Which is why I consider Saints Row 3 to be the more fun game of the era.

@HAmorata @DarkViperAU To me, GTA 6 doesn't look Fun. It looks hyper realistic, it looks technically amazing... But it doesn't look fun. Same way that GTA 5 to me wasn't fun.

RDR 2 was fun for me because of what RDR is in general: A Western Sim.

GTA was never a Sim before. It was a SANDBOX.
