@lufthansa awful threatening and abusing behaviour faced by my wife who is currently on a flight from London Heathrow to Frankfurt (LH911) today.The reception staff ‘Omer’ (who wouldn’t give his full name) was very abusive. The hand luggage was very light and the flight is half
crew were apologetic and helpful but couldn’t locate ‘Omer’. This is unacceptable service from @lufthansa. We will never fly with @lufthansa in future.

Flew @airindia Business class from LHR to BOM. The hospitality service has improved significantly. The cabin crew were wonderful in their service. Moreover the quality of food has also improved.. #FlyAI
