@AmazonHelp Matter reported numerous times and 4 different calls and case however zero response you need to find the issue and raise it with the escalation team and company. I have done everything i could including recording calls of customer support, specialised team and escalation team

@amazonIN i ordered a mattress and received it on 15 July which was wrong and not right item. Thereafter multiple times i have spoken to customer relation and my case ID is 4353 and even spoken to manager escalation team but all are useless and till am date the item is not picked

On the contrary thrice the customer relation have asked for extension and still the same and this shows absolute shameless attitude and working culture if the company, and may be hand in gloves with the seller

@ARanganathan72 If you look at the issue in depth… the corporate came for help of a lady whose daughter in law was pregnant and critical when hospital and this lady denied admission despite repeated request. In tho days world when nothing moves smoothly this remains the only option I guess.
