@TheFineFeminine Dear parents, boys need to be held to the same standard we box our girls into. Those boys were messy, destructive and lazy asf! Awkward as life is, some well behaved girls end up falling for badly behaved boys.
I built a game where you drive a danfo through Lagos 🚌
Load passengers, dodge okadas, beat the traffic. Plays in your browser, no download.

When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen (Isaiah 60:22).
We just won $100,000 at the Build with Gemini XPRIZE and I am so overwhelmed.
When the competition started we kept asking ourselves what we should build, and eventually I asked, what about Nigeria? I thought about my mum, who has been a tailor for more than 30 years and practically raised my twin sister and me on that income. It was hard sometimes, because her customer base was so small, and she would often wait weeks before a customer paid for a completed job. In Nigeria this is a huge problem for a population where most of the employment sector is made up of artisans. So we built MyFixam, the marketplace where you can find and book verified artisans and pay straight on the app.
The competition had more than 26,000 participants and 1,400 projects. On Friday I pitched live at Moonshot Live, the Oscars for optimism, in front of more than 1,500 people, to judges Cathie Wood, Palmer Luckey, Mark Pincus, Anousheh Ansari and Logan Kilpatrick. To make it to the top 3, I am more than grateful.
Thank you @xprize, @GeminiApp and @PeterDiamandis.
When NSPPD’s grace radiates in Old Trafford, turnarounds are here! From injury lists to healing to winning! We are in the season of back to back testimonies on the pitch! Our defence like the Wall of Jericho & our precision like David & Goliath!
Manchester United forever 🙌
@cryptosenator@TimeyinI You are confidently loud about things you know nothing about. 💀 No airline prints a boarding pass without automated visa database clearance. Your visa/eTA is always checked against government databases. Delete your replies, it’s just making you look deluded.
@Hontheo@TimeyinI@40PlusImmigrant So international check-in kiosks just scan your passport for fun? The system queries government’s visa databases automatically. If your visa status is green, the agent doesn't need physical checks. $10k fine for unverified visa checks isn’t a joke!

@Mr_Kenyy@_Fiyinfoluwa_E@funanyachukwu Wetin concern the Visa Officer. Having a job in the UK doesn't grant you immunity from the VO’s logic. Once they see a strong family tie like yours, a refusal is always on the table. Even Canadian provincial nomination subtracts points for having siblings in other provinces.
One of the strongest women I know is my mother.
She is a 1990 graduate of Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University.
After university, she went into chemical engineering and worked in the cement industry.
Then, almost 20 years ago, something completely unexpected happened.
My parents had built a house and contracted a metal fabricator to make the external doors.
The men kept postponing. And postponing. And postponing.
Eventually, my mum got so frustrated that she went to their workshop herself.
She looked at what they were doing for a while and, with the confidence of an engineer who had spent years around technical work, basically came to the conclusion:
“There’s really nothing special about what these people are doing.”
😂
That frustration became an idea.
And that idea became Metfabrique Limited.
What started in Benue almost 20 years ago is now a metal fabrication business domiciled here in Abuja.
About two years after starting the business, my mum eventually resigned from her engineering job and went into Metfabrique full-time.
Has it been easy?
Absolutely not.
But my mum is one of those people who will look at a problem and start thinking about how to solve it instead of sitting around waiting for someone else to do it.
And the thing that amazes me most is that she genuinely LOVES this work.
She has spent years building, supervising, solving problems, learning, improving and serving thousands of families, individuals and businesses.
Whenever I think about all the things that can possibly hold me back as a woman, I look at my mother.
She didn’t let them hold her back.
So yes, this post is partly me bragging about my mum. 😂
But it is also me asking X to do what X does best.
Please blow this business up for me.
If you have a metal fabrication project anywhere in Abuja, Metfabrique Limited can handle it.
Gates.
Overhead tank structures.
Metal doors.
Railings.
Indoor metal furniture/upholstery.
Custom metal works.
And other fabrication projects.
The company doesn’t just have integrity.
It has capacity.
And after almost two decades in the business, they know what they’re doing.
If you know someone building a house, renovating one, managing a facility, running a business or simply looking for a reliable metal fabricator in Abuja, please send this post to them.
Repost it. Save the contact. Bookmark this post.
You never know who in your timeline is currently looking for exactly what my mum has spent almost 20 years learning how to do.
And Mum, if you’re reading this:
I hope this app does what I think it can do. ❤️

@Mr_Kenyy@_Fiyinfoluwa_E@funanyachukwu You have too many ties here. That’s the problem. They know you might want to start exploring other means of staying back with that multitude of connections. With all these people, you won’t even spend a $ back into the system; no housing, no transport, no site seeing expenses.
@EstherUmoh10@yeripros@dchrisiyovwaye Getting him into office is only step one; the crowd must hold him accountable. Anyone riding on the Obi Midas Touch wave must be ready to put in the work 100%. What Alex Otti is to Abia proves that governance isn’t rocket science with the right leader, it’s all step by step!
Peter Obi came to the Arise TV studio well-prepared. He brought his handover notes & left them with the anchor, Mr. Charles Aniagolu.
He granted Arise the full permission to publish all the documents for the entire world to see.
He backed everything up with verifiable proof, he listed the specific bank names & account numbers where the funds were domiciled.
Then he went ahead & urged Charles Aniagolu & Arise studio to contact both the World Bank office in Abuja & the respective Nigerian banks to verify the contents of the documents.
This level of accountability is unprecedented in a place like Nigeria, where public trust is absent
In contrast, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has yet to account for the loan obligations & allocations he received during his tenure as the governor of Lagos State. He has never granted an interview to give account of his stewardship in Alausa.
He is yet to account for fuel subsidy savings & all the money he has borrowed since 2023.
He remains silent regarding Alpha Beta, the company used by the Lagos State Government for tax collection. Nigerians, the choice is clear.
Vote for trust & accountability, vote for Mr. Peter Obi & take your country back. 👏👏
