I have a complaint. 2 professional colleagues are coming into Nigeria this weekend and no eVisa issued yet since application. The real issue is calling NIS severally, &each time a new staff picked asking for the same details. No updates given! @nigimmigration@MinOfInteriorNG
@anthonyjoshua@Artwoodkinx May their souls rest in peace. Their death was indeed a dark day for us. Thanks for sharing some light even though it's with a heavy heart
@DrJoeAbah Ba'a mi, you have spoken well. They kuku say experience is the best teacher, and it's so true. If they don't want to take advice, why waste my time๐
Mr Experience, the best teacher, always waits for all men down the hall, we can't escape him.

Just left @gtbank (Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Abuja) & saw one of my students in a wheelchair stranded outside. No accessible entrance. She pointed out a door at the side, but guards say itโs โnot authorized.
She was really upset. This is 2025. Accessibility is not optional.
@PaulAlaje Dr Paul, thanks always for being real. Our government should stop burying their head in the sand and just face this reality and do what is right. All Nigerians are paying dearly for these ill thought out policies. There must be an end in sight somewhat, or how long can we endure?
@PaulAlaje Thank you sir. We need to produce as a nation, its the key to changing this narrative. Its fundamental! This government is not paying the deserved attention to improving production and export, no agenda for this in sight. Its hurting everyone. This is candid talk.
Again, I have told everyone who CARES to listen that the prices of more things will increase in Nigeria, and it will not just be #fuel. The policy of floatation is WRONG. You cannot devalue and expect all to be well. You cannot float the naira. Nigeria is not producing enough. Where are the refineries managed by NNPC?
We are not exporting enough. Where are those saying the policy is right, the angels of classical economics? Where are you? They want us to devalue like China did but not produce like them. Very funny!
How long will it take us to manage what is not working?
The road to economic success is void of shortcuts and quick fixes. We need to produce, block leakages, and export. Band A be ready or maybe Band B too.
This recent increase in PMS (fuel in Nigeria) will certainly not be the last but the 'beginning of beginnings' as long as this floating naira policy is on.
We can still save the day. To do this, we have to retrace our steps.
I expect inflation to go up for the month of September. I expect the cost of transport to also slightly increase even though motorists may take advantage of the situation.
All will be well, but we must mean well and act well.
At night, the streets in Abuja are dark, its not safe for pedestrians and motorists. I have missed my turn several times because I couldn't see them on time. @GovWike you are doing well with the the roadwork, pls let street lights on major highways be a priority too.
