@Ola_Crrypt Which creator problem are you solving, specifically? Getting paid, finding work and managing revisions are three very different businesses hiding inside 'creator economy.'
@LoopandPixels Hey Priya. Would love to see the cases where the agent fails and how you figure out why. Those notes are often the most useful part of learning in public.
@kaido_xr Would love more stories about how teams like this find and develop talent locally. The funding headline gets attention, but the hiring playbook would be useful to a lot of founders elsewhere.
@VadimStrizheus The customer still needs the thing to work after the design and marketing convince them to try it. Reliability and support get very interesting the moment someone pays.
@HYPEconomist Use it enough to be its most demanding customer too. Loving the idea can make it surprisingly easy to forgive a workflow that everyone else gives up on.
@lmrankhan Relevance will matter more than a clever personal detail. 'I noticed your podcast' is easy to generate. Explaining why this problem should be on my desk this week is much harder.
@Al_Grigor Do you treat every change the same way? A landing page experiment and a change touching payments or user data have very different costs when the agent gets one detail wrong.
@itsolelehmann 'Finish this before lunch without chasing four people' is a much better promise. Especially in hiring, where the delay may be an unanswered decision rather than slow typing.
@pukerrainbrow The ATS that asks you to upload a resume, then type the same resume into 18 boxes. There's a whole category of 'we already have this information' waiting to be fixed.
@iamkadirii A referral can get someone seen. It shouldn't replace evidence that they can do the work. And telling every rejected candidate their CV is fine is as unhelpful as telling them every rejection is their fault.
@farhanhelmycode Nice. What are you putting the credits toward first? The first real workload is more interesting than another account setup screenshot.
@LeoBuilds_ Give both the same small change and count the review and repair work too. 'Ships 5x faster' gets less impressive if someone else spends Friday cleaning up the release.
@teortaxesTex This is why 'best talent' needs a constraint attached. Can they solve the problem with your budget, tools and team size? A hiring process that never tests those conditions can miss the fit completely.
@ben_j_todd Also useful to split it by level and role. A company hiring experienced engineers while cutting entry-level openings would look very different to two people reading the same headline.
@samongaro_ Who are the three cofounders, and what becomes possible with them? If the only change is splitting the same work four ways, the MRR number isn't telling me much.
