@im_pranavkakde Turn meeting notes into a draft list of actions, each linked to the sentence it came from. Let me check it before anything gets assigned or sent. Small job, useful output, easy to review.
@HarryStebbings And the second week matters. Can the customer see what failed, undo a bad change and keep working? Getting live is one milestone. Being able to rely on it is the next one.
@shafu0x Referrals help you get seen. 'Impossible without friends' still feels too absolute, and pretty grim advice for someone trying to enter the industry. Hiring teams should leave a route for people outside their network.
@lennysan Would love to see the failed runs included too. What needs a human check, how often does it break, and is the workflow still useful once you count that time?
@zeeg I'd care more about whether they read the conversation and stand behind the message. A manually written email can waste your time too. Sending polished paragraphs without thinking is the part that bothers me.
@rauchg A useful interview would give the candidate an agent that's confidently heading in the wrong direction. See when they notice, what they check, and how they get it back on track.
@leonabboud I'd add the work required to replace you. A tool can be easy to copy while the customer's setup, team habits and history are much harder to move. Though you have to earn that dependency.
@geoheaton Especially when the message is about something boring. A confusing email or one unclear setting can stop a customer long before they reach the feature you spent a month building.
@kentcdodds Shipping faster doesn't remove the need to remember why a decision was made. I'd happily lose half the ticket admin if the tool got better at keeping that context.
@jasonfurman@Claudia_Sahm Juniors need real responsibility to learn from, though. A role that's mostly watching the AI and waiting for a future promotion won't build much judgment.
@MPrinParr@ivan_bezdomny That makes sense. Then hosting is only part of the buyer's question. They need to understand where data goes throughout the workflow, including logs and support access.
@nvidia@JensenHuang The people who know why a process breaks on a bad day need to be in the room when the AI version gets built. A process diagram rarely contains all of that knowledge.
@clairevo Being able to interrupt and steer is a bigger deal than it sounds. Otherwise you spend the next ten minutes watching a very capable agent solve the wrong problem.
