@AdityaUmale17 The “half knowledge” part makes this useful. You named where you got stuck instead of presenting the offers as proof that everyone should follow exactly the same route.
@mattpocockuk Choosing what to leave out is a service too. An endless list of things you could learn is much less helpful than a route through one problem.
@Shadmanislam151 Some clicks are worth keeping, like confirming who receives an interview invitation. Re-entering the same candidate details in two systems is the sort I want to remove.
@Shadmanislam151 A useful recent example was a prospect asking whether connecting the ATS would immediately invite candidates. They wanted to choose a few people first. It reminded me to explain that control before showing more automation.
What we've achieved last week:
- plus 14 pilots in a week
- one of them is enterprise
- really good feedback from potential customers, a lot of insights
You have probably a question - what did it cost us?
Okay, first of all - 3862 sent emails. And I did it on my own in 5 days.
Second thing - a little money for Apollo (200$ sub).
If you have any questions - comment below, i'll reply to everyone.
@RobertJBye Keeping your place while the layout changes matters more than making each screenshot look perfect. That’s the detail I’d want to test repeatedly.
@JespernissenSEO Have you tested this with brand-new pages? Would be useful to see the path from submission to indexing to an actual mention, with the time each step took.
@poetengineer__ Having the implementation beside the paper is the good bit. You can change one thing and find out whether you understood the passage, instead of collecting another convincing explanation.
@Big_E For product demos, cutting straight to one useful moment would be a bigger win than generating another dramatic intro. Show the thing working and let the viewer get on with their day.
@garrytan The deleted scaffolding sounds like the interesting part. Would be useful to see one task before and after, including what no longer needs configuring.
@marclou Congrats! Would love a breakdown of where the first customers came from. Launching to an existing audience can change those first 10 days a lot.
