শেখ হাসিনা'র পদত্যাগ পত্র টি জমা দিতে না পারলে বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করবে জাতিসংঘ.
রাশিয়া এবং সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাতের রিট এবং ভারত, চীন-সহ বিভিন্ন রাষ্ট্র-গুলোর সমর্থনের ফলে এ সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় জাতিসংঘ.
শেখ হাসিনা'র পদত্যাগ পত্র টি দেখাতে না পারলে জাতিসংঘ থেকে শর্ত আরোপের সাথে সাথেই অন্তবর্তী-কালীণ সরকারকে বাতিল বলে গন্য করা হবে.
তখন সেনাপ্রধান ক্ষমতা গ্রহন করে শেখ হাসিনা'কে দেশে ফেরত এনে সাংবিধানিক নিয়মে ক্ষমতা বুঝিয়ে দিবেন.
