Ended up playing Division 1 football and then 7 years professionally.

One of the best things I’ve ever done and continue to do is set big long term goals.

My first big goal as a kid.

QB for the San Francisco 49ers.

That did not happen.

Along the way here is what did.

- High School State Championship
- D1 Football Scholarship
- College Degree
- Played Professional Football in CFL
- Married my Wife
- Built Incredible Relationships
- Train Athletes for a Living
- Mentor Young Men and Women
- Became a Father

Also, my dream of being a QB changed when Coach moved me to D-Line in the 8th grade.

That one big goal as a kid created a life I did not plan for and a life I am blessed to live everyday. I am so grateful for the life lessons, the experiences, and the relationships built on this journey towards my goals.

The goals have changed throughout this process and they are still insane to say out loud. And I believe I will achieve every single one of them.

Your best long term goal should be the one you’re afraid to tell someone!
