You'll regret it if you get married, you'll regret it if you don't get married. You'll regret it if you have kids and you'll regret it if you don't. Kierkegaard said this 200 years ago as follows - whatever you choose, you'll regret it, because the problem isn't in your choices, it's in romanticizing your life. A person always finds an untravelled path alluring and mysterious. That's why the issue isn't making the right choice. It's choosing and deciding which regret you'll live with. In life, we must choose our regret.
The Cauchy distribution is now my favorite distribution
Like, what do you mean it's:
- pathological
- looks normal but isn't normal
- looks well behaved but actually doesn't behave well underneath
- a yo mama joke: "your distribution so fat... it breaks the law of large numbers"
As for the Note 10.... I effed up by stripping one of the screws so I cant change the motherboard (yet)😭 Last try is to solder a screwdriver onto it but I'm afraid of soldering irons
Bought a note 9 frame thinking I could transplant a working screen. Turns out, it's too risky - you might just break the original screen while tearing it out. Coulda sworn I saw some video years ago where they did it easily but I can't find that video now... ohwell💸💸💸

Did this back in July 2020 apparently? COVID times. I didn't wanna give up the Lenovo hackintosh yet but I wanna put Pop OS on it now so I guess this is goodbye~
Too poor to buy a Mac mini for Clawdbot? Build your own!🤓🦞
Wifi, bluetooth, trackpad, camera, speakers work. Even speaking with Siri about the weather! This thing runs more silent on mac OS than on winderfs.
Now to get the Radeon GPU working...
Add this paragraph to the https://t.co/CGO09Sihd0 file to turn Claude Code into Claude Teacher. Every project is a lesson to become more technical.
"For every project, write a detailed FOR[yourname].md file that explains the whole project in plain language.
Explain the technical architecture, the structure of the codebase and how the various parts are connected, the technologies used, why we made these technical decisions, and lessons I can learn from it (this should include the bugs we ran into and how we fixed them, potential pitfalls and how to avoid them in the future, new technologies used, how good engineers think and work, best practices, etc).
It should be very engaging to read; don't make it sound like boring technical documentation/textbook. Where appropriate, use analogies and anecdotes to make it more understandable and memorable."
Just found out Linda Ronstadt who sung "Long Long Time" (discovered through Last of Us) is the same voice of "Somewhere out there" from An American Tail.
That's why she sounded so familiar! My childhood 🥹
