@DeepikaBhardwaj The advocate Act 1961 does not say to suspend on mere suspicious or accusations unless the Bar Council have reason to believe that the adv is guilty is guilty of misconduct on a compliant made by the victim..Adv has to be given hearing before suspending the license 2 practice.

@barandbench CJI should interfere and ensure some action against the Judge in order to restore the faith of junior members of the bar. Otherwise the junior lawyers and young lawyers before starting their carrier will leave the profession and join corporates.

@PTI_News Hindi language k baat h kuch alag hai..Log bolna nahi chahate. Pata nahi kya samashya hai? Mujhe lagta h k Hindi ko jyada se jyada badhawa dena chahiye. Even the advocates and Counsels should be given liberty to address the Court in Hindi in all High Courts and Supreme Court.

@narendramodi So by this currently there are vacancy of 5 judges to be filled in SC. Three more are retiring till June 26 creating further vacancy..we will get to see some goods judges on the bench of SC.
