Had an unexpected experience with @flyspicejet today. Was charged 3k at boarding for a 4kg laptop bag, with no check-in option. airlines like @IndiGo6E and @airindia allow a laptop bag as a personal item. Hope SpiceJet reviews this for passenger ease. #AirTravel @DGCA

It’s almost the end of 2024, and despite my email from March, I’m still receiving assurance emails instead of the refund I’ve been waiting for. I assume @airindia must be setting a record for the longest refund process ever.

@airindia I have shared bank statement that there is no payment made but as earlier wrong transaction number has been given to me. Shame on you. This is 6 months and no payment is made. Why don't you share the transaction receipt??
