@Led7703 @Annette68589444 @British_Airways @WarrenBuffett @AmericanAir Ugh. Lesson learned. Apple Air Tags or stuff the carry-ons until they can't take anymore. Heck of a way to run a railroad... I mean an airline. And Go Browns! I think... Baker the Touchdown Maker has left the building.

[Tom Jennings @TJ1895]

@Annette68589444 @Led7703 @British_Airways @WarrenBuffett Hi Annette, I hope you got your luggage back. I traveled to LCY last Friday, from Bristol! 3 hours of train travel. When I got off the train, my wife mssgd me that all our bags had just shown up where we were staying. The website still says "searching for your luggage." Unreal.

[Tom Jennings @TJ1895]

@Annette68589444 @Led7703 @British_Airways @WarrenBuffett Annette, this is a Godsend. I will call LCY to confirm in the morning, but I'm already checking trains. Thank you so very much! Good luck on your search, as well. Let me know how you do.

[Tom Jennings @TJ1895]

@Led7703 @Annette68589444 @British_Airways Yes, agree with you both. Remember what @WarrenBuffett says, "You long forget about the price, but you never forget whether you had a good experience or a poor experience… if the memory is of indifference, they’re never going to come back." @British_Airways

[Tom Jennings @TJ1895]

@Annette68589444 @British_Airways We leave England next week for the U.S. Entire trip without anything but a few items in carry on. Had to buy so much. I'm going to @LCYlocal on Monday to try in person. Not much left to do. At least then I can say I tried everything. Next time, Apple Air Tags.

[Tom Jennings @TJ1895]

@British_Airways Graeme, thank you for responding. I documented our lost baggage from day 1, June 11, flight 8472. BA says our bags are with EAGLE AVIATION. EAGLE has never responded. Not once. We're ghosted. We leave for U.S. next week. It's been soul crushing. LCYBA23824. #luggage

[Tom Jennings @TJ1895]

@British_Airways We flew BA8472 FLR to LCY, June 11. Flight delayed leaving; pilot said waiting for last bags to load. At LCY, NO BAGS FOR ANYONE on plane - NONE. Reported bags missing. 5 days, no update, site says "still lost". How can a plane take off without one bag on board?

[Joshua Bailey @JoshuaBaileyTV]

It was an experience I will always remember! Thank you @TJ1895!

Thank so you much for having me as a guest! It was wonderful talking with @anngripper about our film. It was a fascinating conversation, to be sure. Perhaps we have another Princess Diana project in the works @1895Films! So we may have more to discuss.

Diana: In Her Own Words has been a huge hit on #Netflix and has now moved to #DisneyPlus. @anngripper caught up with Tom Jennings (@TJ1895), the man behind it, for this week's show https://t.co/D1Sxuqfbum

Carol, both those shows helped shape my worldview, which probably explains a lot. 🙂
