I eventually tracked them down to the courier company and pounced on them early in the morning. I was so happy to be reunited with them. Good news about yours also.

@British_Airways My 83yr old mother who has a pacemaker is very distressed about her missing luggage. (10 days now) This was handed over at check-in, in good faith. EAGLE AVIATION just don’t respond to anything. Please help. 11th June Florence to LCY.

@British_Airways I’ve been calling LCY this morning, numbers given to me BA baggage. No one answers, what a surprise! I’m coming to LCY this afternoon to collect my bags and will not be leaving without them!
