Curfews in #LKA are a joke. More like an opportunity for mobs to go practice their skills.

This adds the tally to 3+ times now. From Aluthgama, Digana, Ampara to now Negombo.

And it’s simple. If one doesn’t fear the law, expect a lot more of this to happen. It becomes a habit.
